Panamá also was in a patriotic mood this past week, having recently inaugurated the next President of the Republic of Panamá: The Honorable José Raúl Mulino. [foto credit] Since I taught little kids at church the day before, I invite you to join in how we prayed for him, and for both the nations of Panamá and the USA, as it says in:

1 Timothy 2:1-2 (NIV) I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

After years of praying, hoping and waiting, last month we were able to hold the first Fine Arts Festival in Panamá with the help of Panamá’s awesome AD Kids, national children’s ministries team, led by our kids in the faith, Luis & Cenit Mendoza.

Dozens of children from three districts participated in two festivals in the western provinces of Panamá. The five main categories were: Communication, Voice, Instruments, Choreography and Drama-Art. This e-Mailer report is shorter than normal frankly because I spent most of my time and energy on the video.
