We held our third and final zone congress for this year in the City of Chitré for the surrounding Central Provinces. The year theme is "Conquering the Millennium with a New Generation."

About forty Children's Ministry leaders participated. Our keynote speaker was Rev. Julio Valdés, National Secretary of the AG in Panamá, National Bible school director and Pastor.

We all enjoyed the workshop topics such as:
· Countering the harmful effects of the secular media
· Spiritual preparation of a Children's Minister
· Overcomer kids using their spiritual gifts
· Conquering the strategies of the enemy with the baptism in the Holy Spirit

One of our workshop speakers was Miguel Barcasnegras. We first met Brother Miguel at the very first Kids Camp we particiated in here in Panamá over seven years ago. He's continuing in children's ministry in the local church, plus he's teaching at a public primary school. It's great to be able to work with faithful ministers like him.

Everyone received an illustrated Children's Bible and a large quantity of children's tracts to motivate their children to minister. Thanks Light for the Lost for providing these necessary evangelistic tools.
