Our Ministry on the field has been in the following areas
(in no particular order):

Teacher Training , along with Children's Evangelistic Crusades were a big part of our ministry. Typically we would spend a weekend at a local church holding meetings for the children and training sessions for the adult workers to carry on after we left.

Kids Camp was a ministry we were able to help birth in Panamá. At the third annual camp we had little Ivan (pronounced ee-VAHN), pictured with his back to us, as our morning speaker. God used this young preacher's kid in a great way and many children were touched by God, and dozens were baptized in the Holy Spirit.

Latin America Childcare is a child sponsorship ministry of the AG. Children from poor communities are provided scholarships to attend the LACC school where they receive a hot meal, school uniform, medical and dental care, and a very good education. All this is done because of the love of Jesus that motivates the sponsors, the coordinating missionaries and the thousands of local Latin American teachers.
Founded in 1963, LACC has grown to include over 300 projects affecting more than 100,000 children in 21 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
If you are interested in more information about Latin America Childcare , feel free to request information at 800-289-7071, send an e-mail , or write Latin America ChildCare, 1445 Boonville Ave, Springfield, MO 65802.

Castillo del Rey is an outreach ministry using puppets, clowns, mimes, drama, and animated songs to share the Good News about Jesus within the community. From young to old are reaching out to young and old. There are over a dozen teams with hundreds of members serving. We served as advisers with the national team.

The Book of Life is a paraphrase of the life of Jesus written for a child to understand. Life Publishers has translated and produced this little book for distribution in practically every public school in the world. No kidding. In Panamá we participated in distribution of over 125,000--one shipload container. Another container arrived after we left and 75,000 have already been distributed, many among the indigenous groups, ie. Kuna and Guaymí indians.
Each book costs just $.25. If you are interested in supporting this world-wide distribution, contact Life Publishers at 305-570-8765, FAX: 305-570-8900; 3333 SW 15th Street, Deerfield, FL 33442.

Both Yvonne and I taught in IBAD Instituto Bíblico Larry Cederblom de las Asambleas de Dios (Larry Cederblom Bible Institute of the Assemblies of God). Yvonne has led several of the adult choirs. In the main Bible Institute in Panamá City I have taught Intro. to New Testament, Missiology I & II, Intro. to Prophecy and the Christian Home.

There are seventeen Bible Institute centers across the country. I have taught in four of them among the indigenous peoples. Courses here have included Children's Evangelism, Missiology I & II, Paul's Epistles. We believe in the preparing of willing workers to multiply the fruits of the harvest.

If you are interested in visiting Panamá to minister in evangelism outreach, construction, Book of Life distribution in public schools, medical clinics, or some other area that I've not mentioned, please let me know .

When we are in the good ole U. S. of A., we keep ourselves busy in itineration ministry. Our last itineration ended March 1997. Our present deputation ministry began June 2001 and we hope to return December 2002. That ministry includes, but is not limited to: visiting churches to preach, share testimonies and reports, children's church, school chapels, and Family Night meetings.

To that end, we always look forward to challenging children to greater missions involvement. We use object lessons, music, and stories with which they can relate so that God might deal with their hearts. Please let us know how we might minister with them as well.

Feel free to send us a note if you're interested in scheduling a service at church or a visit with friends!
